Founder

Leonardo Portela

Leonardo Portela holds a Master’s degree in Law, with undergraduate degrees in Law and Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources. He is a seasoned expert in Institutional and Governmental Relations, with a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors, combining a solid academic background with extensive market experience.

Public Sector Career

In the public sector, Leonardo Portela served as Deputy Secretary of State for Institutional Relations in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and as a State Deputy for two terms. He made a significant impact in key areas for regional development, advocating actively for policies focused on:

  • Economic Development: Portela worked to stimulate economic growth and job creation by supporting industrialization and attracting investments.

  • Education and Health: He contributed to improving educational infrastructure and healthcare services, striving to expand access and enhance the quality of these services.

  • Public Safety: Portela implemented initiatives to modernize and increase the effectiveness of security forces.

Private Sector Career

In the private sector, Portela served as Institutional and Governmental Relations Advisor for the National Confederation of Transport (CNT) and as the Superintendent of Institutional and Governmental Relations at Cruzeiro Esporte Clube. As a Human Resources Administrator, he applied his knowledge to optimize operations and foster a productive work environment aligned with social responsibility values.

  • Political Campaigns: He coordinated several political campaigns, applying his skills in strategy and communication to achieve impactful results.

  • Consulting and Administration: Portela provided management and administration consulting, helping companies align their practices with strategic and sustainable objectives.

International Recognition

For his advocacy of the interests of the Italian Republic, specifically in promoting industrial activity and Italian culture, Portela was awarded the title of “Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia” by the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella. In recognition of his over 15 years of work in the Public Sector, with numerous bills passed and initiatives that impacted people’s lives, he received the Legislative Merit Medal from the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies.

His experience as an administrator and politician gives him a unique perspective for creating solutions that promote growth and positive impact. With a focus on efficiency and social responsibility, Portela continues to be an influential leader in advancing business practices that balance success and sustainability.

Co-Founder

Danielle Morrealle

Danielle Morreale holds a Master’s degree in Education, Social Management, and Local Development, with a postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis and a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication. She is an educator, business mentor, and specialist in conscious entrepreneurship and human development with a focus on purpose.

Danielle has a diverse professional background, working in both the public and private sectors. Her career is distinguished by the combination of a solid academic foundation with extensive market experience.

Private Sector Career

Danielle held the position of Institutional and Governmental Relations at Sebrae/MG, where she was responsible for advising the presidency and the deliberative council in building strategic alliances.

  • Mentor, Educator, and Consultant: She is the creator of the ‘Empreenda em Si’ method, a mentorship program that combines 15 years of studies in education, social innovations, neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, coaching, metaphysics, mindfulness, and Kabbalah. Her work focuses on empowering individuals and organizations, helping them reach their maximum potential and align their purposes with their practices.

  • Founder of Casa Delas: Danielle is the co-founder of Casa Delas, a Free University for Immigrant Women. This project aims to promote education, social entrepreneurship, and self-knowledge, empowering women in vulnerable situations and strengthening them in areas such as self-esteem, spirituality, career, family, money and investments, and volunteering.

Public Sector Career

Danielle had a significant career as the Marketing Director at Belotur – the Municipal Tourism Company of the State of Minas Gerais, where she was responsible for managing and developing sustainable tourism projects and major international events such as the Confederations Cup and the FIFA World Cup 2014.

She also served as President of UTRAMIG – the Educational Foundation for Work in the State of Minas Gerais, where she expanded PRONATEC in Minas Gerais. Danielle was a Parliamentary Communication Consultant at the Federal Senate of Brazil, where she was responsible for planning and integrating communication and social innovation programs.

Recognition

  • Awarded the “Medal of Merit for Tourism of Minas Gerais – 2018,” a tribute to professionals who developed significant tourism projects and fostered the state’s economy, organized by the State Secretariat of Tourism of the State of Minas Gerais.

  • Awarded the “Mulheres Além das Gerais” (Women Beyond the Gerais), a tribute to businesswomen from Minas Gerais who promoted the state’s economy, organized by the Federation of Commercial and Business Associations of the State of Minas Gerais.
